Shere Punjab in Munich

The food tastes really good. The lunch menu is inexpensive.

I'm not happy with the dedication of the chefs in creating dishes that are "real" punjabi quality. I can't feel the flavour on my tongue last longer, the way it feels back home. The quality is not great either. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Sorry but what the worst Indian food I have eaten so far. I called there to address it and to convince myself whether that is also an Indian. Criticism was handled well. I was asked if I would like to try something else for free, but I declined with thanks. What I ate, chicken tikka Marsala. Rice from the rice cooker without any spices, tomato sauce with salt and chilli. Didn't eat at all sorry. Order and convince yourself.

If only I had been lucky, I would be surprised, because I have ordered umpteen times there in the last two years and have never been disappointed with the food or the service of the delivery. I cannot understand the numerous bad reviews. In that respect, good Indian and tasty food. Warning: the Vindaloo is really hot!

I am really disappointed with the quality of food. Ordered 4 biryani for €51 to enjoy pre Christmas lunch with friends and no one was able to eat a single byte. The food came with mashed rice with smelly and rotten chicken. Such an embarrassment. Change your chef pls or remove biryani from your menu if you don't know how to make it.

Ordered Vegetable Biriyani and Chole on Lieferando. The biriyani has zero taste and the vegetables aren't even cooked properly. The Chole didn't have much flavour. Expected more from a 'Punjabi' restaurant. Highly disappointed.

Really bad food. I ordered butter chicken and garlic naan, it did not really taste good at all. Butter chicken was just partially cooked chicken with tomato puree with soggy garlic naan also not properly cooked, it was really bad. Do not order from here at all.

This delivery service Please, nobody should order there It is a bad one for everyone because of Corona time But If the payment is made via PayPal and the supplier simply collects the same amount again without flinching because he has no idea himself It's just sad I can only be abusive but in the end I have a complaint on my neck Lets it be the best for everyone

I ordered home delivery via Lieferheld and the food was extremely bad. The chicken tikka that I received had masalas from the top without being cooked. If we ate it, stomach would get bad. Had to waste everything. Very disappointed.

The food is inedible. The dishes are so bad, so carelessly prepared, it just doesn't taste good. I know Indian food, I won't recommend anyone to eat there. Worst food, the staff is listless. Never again!

It's really amazing how bad the Indian cuisine is in this restaurant. I know Indian food very well and have eaten in many restaurants. What I've experienced here is really an absolute cheek. The sauces taste like ready-made sauces that have expired. Really hideous the food. INEDIBLE !!!! Never again !

Absolutely not to be recommended! Ordered from Lieferado and the food was inedible !!. The rice tasted like detergent and the curry was an absolute disaster !! A gooey mush with raw vegetables in it, say, don't try the food before it goes out ??? I can not get rid of the feeling that frozen food was thawed in the microwave .. This has nothing to do with Indian food, that's a cheek!

Just ordered food on the way. Preparation and delivery 25 minutes faster than specified on delivery. Since I wasn't quite home yet, the driver called me. The offer came immediately to wait for me or even to take the food to my home subway station. That's what I call service ... PS: I've been ordering from Shere for years and it's always great. Fat thumbs up

The food used to be ok but the service is really terrible. We had been ordering delivery with them for a while but today it has taken more than two hours and when I called to cancel the delivery they told me it was not possible anymore. Never received the food, please stay away.

Uncooked batura, so much oil. Couldn't even eat half.

Great location, friendly staff and nice interiors, but no spices being used at all. I would not have thought that any cook in an Indian restaurant with some pride would ever produce such bland food. I received some chili oil after requesting spices, but, well, I didn't order pizza.

Not authentic Indian food, tastes like store bought. Unfriendly service, mediocre food presentation. Would NOT recommend this place. We tried naan, tikka masala and tandoori chicken = all horrible, dry, lacking flavor, old and oily.

Years ago was my absolute favorite Indian, no matter whether on site or to order. But now you have noticed for over a year that you are not in the mood. Food carelessly prepared, rice often tastes of detergent, plastic packaging films in sauces. Pity.

We have ordered and delivered through Lieferando. After 1.5 hours of waiting we got a lukewarm to cold meal. The dishes were lovelessly prepared, tasted bland and lacked any Indian spices. Not even the rice was convincing. If you are looking for a good Indian delivery service, you will not find it here.

I had really high hopes for this place, but it didn't meet my expectations. Although the food was very tasty, it wasn't at all spicy. I told them that I wanted it to be spicy like in India, and the guy laughed and say "of course, we're an Indian restaurant". I had more luck the other day when I ordered from home.

Not authentic Punjabi taste except the jeera lassi. Jeera lassi is must try.

It was an ok experience. We had ordered Baigan Bharta, Mint paratha, tea and Paneer Pakora. Paneer pakora was exceptionally good. Rest of the dishes weren’t bad but you can’t call them good either. The servers are not very enthusiastic. It’s ok the Main Street and it was the only open restaurant on a Saturday at 3.00 pm. We liked the timings and the location of the restaurant.

Worst dish I have ever tasted in Munich - Paneer masala had no taste or spice whatsoever. It was so blatant with just water and panneer. Please do not cheat customers. Avoid this place even if you have nothing to eat.

Food is very good, but sometimes the quality varies a bit, but overall a good Indian. Naan bread in particular is unparalleled in Munich. A star deduction because the staff is a bit listless at times ... But you can't have everything.

Overall experience good. Prices are fair. Food is ok but the upside is it centrally located and open almost the entire day. Chole Bhatura is pretty good. Thumbs up!

I have visited many indian restaurant in Germany. And, I was very curious to test indian food in Sherepanjab Restaurant. After visit, I must say, it was just test of sault and the overall test was not how I expected after visiting other, but I did not get the real Indian food test. I hope they will improve...

Eating is enough to fill your stomach. Tasting does not do it unfortunately. The whole store stinks so much that our clothes will now land completely in the laundry. Staff totally unfriendly. Pity for the money ...

Main dish Lamb curry tasted mediocre. Curry felt like plain tomato sauce. Waiter was good at service and no complain on paratha.

The place is always nice and we had a nice afternoon there. The inn is really very nicely decorated. Not a cheap decoration, but it was true color much harmoniously adapted to each other. I usually did not want to share the dessert with my mother anymore. We have learned from it and will order a dessert per person at the next visit. For sure, I come here for my part with my people and can count on being looked after immaculately.

Worst experience ever. Requested authentic spicy food while ordering. Received bland curries. After discussing with a sulking waiter they added raw chilli oil which basically spoiled any taste altogether. Not even an apology offered.
